Scope and Contents Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Richard Morse in Sydney, Australia. Morse’s letter to the Bishop of May 16th has arrived. Pendleton informs Morse that the authorization sent to him by the Bishop conveys with it all the powers of the second degree of the General Church priesthood, including the right to wear the blue stole.
